All goods sold can be exchanged within 28 days after the order is sent out. The merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. The customer can choose to exchange for any item of equal value or top up for a higher value item. No refund will be made for exchanging for a lower-value item.
For an exchange via mailing, please email us at email@example.com on the exchange procedure. Kindly note that the returned merchandise will be sent back to our warehouse at the customer’s cost, and the new package will be subjected to a standard shipping fee as we code.
We will not provide any exchanges/returns/refunds/credit codes should you purchase from any third party. Order number has to be provided for the exchanging of merchandise. No exchange will be made in the event that no valid order number is provided. In the event of exchanges (other than defective merchandise), both the cost of postage for return and the new package will be borne by the customer.
All goods sold are strictly non-refundable except in the event of defective merchandise. In the event a customer receives defective merchandise, the merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition within 28 days after the order was sent out.
Our company does not represent any watch brand or maker. By placing an order via our website, we reserve the right to assume the customer’s awareness of the suitability of his/her purchase. We will not provide a refund for any damage to straps arising from the use of straps on unsuitable watch models. Please consult us beforehand if you have reservations about whether our strap is suitable for your watch model.
In the event of returning packages to us for defective merchandise, we will be refunded for the cost of postage only.
